Durpro supplies automatic self-cleaning filters with filtration degrees from 3000 to 20 micron and flow rates from 175 to 2200 US gpm for removing normal to high loads of suspended solids.

Durpro offers GE Water and Process Technologies Reverse Osmosis systems where applicable. We can build Custom Reverse Osmosis Systems if your conditions do not lend themselves to a standard design. Durpro can also tie your RO machine controls into a central control for your water treatment system and supply you with the central control or guide you through application engineering and programming of existing controls.

Dur-flote Dissolved Air Flotation Clarifiers were developed by Durpro to remove high solids loads from water and waste water. The simple yet efficient design makes Dur-flote a very economical choice for removing up to 3000 mg/L of suspended solids.

Ultrafiltration can be used as a stand alone solution for water treatment, or as a pre-treatment step in the production of high purity water. The GE Water and Process Technologies Z-Pak and Z-Box hollow fiber technologies can also be used for some waste water applications. This technology uses polyethersulfone membranes for a normal plus 10 year membrane life. Membranes are integrity testable and repairable.

When full reverse osmosis treatment is not required for an application, our Nanofiltration Membranes from GE Water and Process Technologies are used for a variety of applications from color removal to bivalent ion removal. Large electrical energy savings are experienced due to lower membrane pressure. Many nanofiltration membranes are optimized for specific applicaitons.

Media or Bed Filters consist of a vertical tank containing various granular filter media. Systems are normally set up to backwash or regenerate filter media using a set of front-mounted valves or a top-mounted multi-port valve. Durpro supplies media filters in a wide range of sizes, materials and included control packages to meet customer-specific requirements. The heart of the bed filter is the media and Durpro uses only quality media such Activated Carbon, Sand, Greensand and Resins from reliable manufacturers such as GE and Purolite.

Tonkaflo are high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pumps for reverse osmosis and general water applications with flow rates up to 550 gpm and pressures up to 410 psid. All Tonkaflo pumps feature a stainless steel shell and a modular two piece design with Noryl^TM or optional stainless steel impellers.

Cartridge filters Housings are used in a wide variety of applications. Durpro offers housings in a full range of sizes, materials, cartridge end configurations and finishes to suite your particular needs.

Bag Filter housings are available in single and multi-bag configurations. Durpro can add valves, stands, and automatic controls as needed to save you time and money.
