The EBS series is designed for fine filtration at high flow rates of up to 4400 USgpm and has a larger filter area, cleaned by one of two mechanisms. The self-cleaning system of the EBS filters is driven by an electric motor which runs either a suction scanner or stainless steel brushes. They are mostly used for filtration of plant in-take water.
